Mayank Kumar joined Lakshya when he was 9th Grade. He used to live in Delhi with his bother while his father was in a small village in UP who sent Mayank Delhi along with his elder brother. All he wanted for his sons to get the education and become financially independent.
Mayank used to be an underconfident boy who had a fear what if he couldn’t meet his father’s expectations. He hardly speaks in front of his peers; his scores were below average. The condition of the house was not so well financially that they can afford any professional course for Mayank. Lakshya’s training program gave him wings this is what he tells everyone. Growth mindset, Peer learning along with English Communication and computer skills made him a person he is today. After he completed hi 12th Grade, Mayank become confident young boy who joined an insurance company as an agent and within 6 months of joining he become employee of the month in the company.
