Sixteen years ago, I stood in a narrow alleyway, watching children play in the dust. Their laughter echoed off rusted tin roofs as they chased a football, their bare feet kicking up tiny storms. In that moment, I wondered—what if their energy, resilience, and dreams could be nurtured into something life-changing?

That thought became my mission.

What started with a small group of children in one community has now grown into Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti—a movement built on the pillars of Voice, Choice, and Equity. Over the years, we have empowered 50,089+ young people by ensuring:

 Voice (आवाज़) – Every child and youth has the confidence to speak up, to dream, and to own their story. हर बच्चे और युवा में अपनी बात कहने, सपने देखने और अपनी कहानी खुद लिखने का आत्मविश्वास हो।

 Choice (चयन) – Education and skills open doors, giving them the power to choose a future beyond limitations. शिक्षा और कौशल उनके लिए नए दरवाजे खोलें, ताकि वे अपनी सीमाओं से परे जाकर अपने भविष्य का चुनाव कर सकें।

 Equity (समानता) – No dream is out of reach, regardless of gender, background, or circumstances. लिंग, पृष्ठभूमि या परिस्थितियों की परवाह किए बिना, हर सपना पूरा होने का अवसर पाए।

संख्या एक कहानी बताती है, लेकिन असली बदलाव इंसानों से दिखता है। और इस बदलाव में आप भी शामिल हैं। आपकी सोच, आपका समर्थन और आपका विश्वास हमें और मजबूत बनाता है।
